Update Pack

I discovered that when I update Service Pack 3, there is a problem.?

When I updated Service Pack 3, I discovered that there were problems with service pack 3, I could install msn at all, and then I had to update again, then I be able to install MSN Messenger on my computer. Does anyone has any problems with service pack 3 or discovers that there is a problem with service pack 3?

Personally, I expect some time after a critical update is available or a particular service pack. It just incase someone comes up with a new problem, they have failed. However, after waiting at least a month to install Service Pack 3, only problem which was not usual was that I had to restart the computer at least twice. I have read other problems such as where the system continues to tell the operator to re-boot. Personally, I have not had any other problems with the files or programs that I ran across anyway.
