What is the best way to clean a concrete floor painted inside?

The concrete floor is painted in the rooms, hallways and living room. No way to cover Carpet!

I painted concrete way. I do not know if this is the best way but what I do is spray it with Windex and use a rag and rub it with my foot. Mops does not seem to hold up well on them, and it seems you have to rub a little more difficult than you say linoleum, so I use my feet. This is the best way I understand it, enhanced by the time, I am quite, it is a great work-out. =) Glad you asked that question. I'm looking forward to seeing more ideas here.
