Cleaning vinyl cover?
I recently came across an old vinyl record, and the cover is dirty. I tried clean the lid 409, then a Lysol wipe, but both turned white on yellow cover ... the yellow is gone in seconds but he didn't done anything this is clean. Does anyone know how to clean the cover of an old vinyl record? Any ideas?
Very dirty pre-cleaning Records - Steps 1. Place on record a clean, soft, lint-free cloth or plastic sheet. 2. Wet-Clean record, working in a spiral from the center to the edge. 3. Air dry or use a percent cotton 100, lint-free cloth. 4. Repeat on the opposite side. 5. Repeat record until the transaction appears to be clean.
