How to Edit Video Buffer without BIOS?

Intel ® Celeron ® Processor 2.60 GHz 128 KB L2 cache and 400MHz FSB Chipset: Intel ® 845GV chipset Memory: 512 MB DDR (PC 2100) Video: Intel ® Extreme Graphics 3D 64MB shared memory, I could get into the BIOS but there had no option to change the video buffer of 1MB to 8MB. I was wondering if there is a command line or otherwise, I can change framebuffer? Thank you for your time and help in advance, Kevin-

No matter what you change your pad, you'll be limited to the speed of your Internet connection. That said, you can change the speed of your buffer in the options of many media players like vlc and wmp
