cpu temperature question?

(EVEREST ULTIMATE EDITION readings)
core #2 45c ~ 55c

core #1 45c ~ 55c

CPU: 35 ~ 45c

how much more clockspeed DO YOU THINK i can accomplish?

cooling:
rocketfish universal cpu cooler rf-upcuwr
i added a second fan to it BTW!

specs:

MSI P7N SLI PLATINUM
core 2 duo E7200 @ 3.17 GHz
550 watt ULTRA PSU
4GB of RAM

Well even if the temp is 55c that is pretty cool. Intel CPUs have a max temp of 105c (depending on ur cpu but most have 105), I think they start turning off in the high 90s for safety. You could probably overclock quite a bit. I would say as long as your temps don't go above the mid 80c range your good.

EDIT: I am mostly going by my i5 CPU in my laptop. My max temp is 105 and I know anything over high 80 CAN be damaging to the card so yeh. And since this is a desktop we are talking about it should have better cooling.
If your scared keep your temps in the 70s.
