Copyright laws will apply music? And can I get around?
I am a big enough player, and I like to do mine. I work with Warcraft III, which has a world Builder. To spice up the game, I would like to add music to it, I would like to use music that I found at from a Nintendo game. How could I do that without violating something?
you need permission from Nintendo. just so you know, the right copyright expires 70 years after the composer's death (unless renewed). Therefore, classical music CDs are so cheap. So, if do not let you use their music you may want to look at some old stuff.
