I am a 7th grade survival kit, which I advise you put in it?
I am a survival kit seventh year, or at least I want make one. I do not know what to put in it. Could you give me some ideas? I did not get my period, but I think I could get it soon because my mother got in 7th grade and my aunt and my grandmother. So, this material should I get for that? I have buffer tampons and panty liners, and a pair of underwear. What do you think I should put.
Excellent idea! The towels and tampons thing is great since you have not had your period and still do not know when you might be getting it. Since you obviously have not used buffers again, you may want to save those of the house at the trial, since the first time using one can be a bit uncomfortable. Id "stick skates to school until you got used to the pads. And the pair of underwear is a good idea too. You might want to have a pair of jeans, also because sometimes you can actually bleed through your pants and you would not see that any world. If your school allows, pack some Advil or Midol menstrual cramps. How about some medicines in case of acne you have a break-out school? If you wear makeup, you may have a extra hand for school use .... Remember not to take class slut. If you wear contacts be sure to have supplies for loans. You never know when you might fall. Of course, you can also include additional school supplies (pencils, pens, calculator, notebooks, paper, etc.) and you can have spare batteries for things like the calculator. Hope this helps!
