8. Assume that the coil and magnet in the experiment moved with the same speed relative to the earth.?

Would there an induced current in the coil? Does that even if they move with the same speed relative to the earth? Justify your answer.

Your wording is strange. If the coil and magnet are moving at the same speed, ie, the speed difference between them is zero, there is no voltage or current generated due to the magnet. But we must look at the speed of the coil by the magnetic field of the earth. If there is any speed, there will be current generated because of this ..
