Strap White

I want a pencil skirt and black cotton t-shirt to go with him?

I really like the pencil skirts (not those who go to your knees, lol those who are short) but I have no idea where to get one! I would also either a short-sleeved shirt or thick white tank attached white top to go with it. Any idea where I can get either of these items?? Thank you! (:

The place where I mine was Charlotte Russe. They had several. I suggest going to your local mall and browisng by stores. It took some time, but my pencil skirt looks really cute. Another place you can try is lulus.com. Or go to Google and type in black pencil skirts short. The white peaks can only be found in any store base, they are easier to find then the pencil skirts.
