Stereo Preamplifier

Im trying to set up a sound system for my group i with things in my house and need help?
Hey, I searched my house and found 3 dynamic microphones, 2 speakers Yamaha enormous, a stereo preamplifier box has a slot for "phones" and a stereo preamplifier power supply. I have no idea what these things ... might work as a PA system?
your going to need some sort of AMP (not pre-amp) as well. you can use an old stereo. If the mixture is not a problem (or perhaps your preamp allows), then you can patch multiple microphones through the preamp and amplifier. if the speakers are made Yamaha for a sound system they will not work with your stereo amplifier / receiver. if they are just standard house speakers, they should work properly, but beware watt maximum allowable you can easily blow up in the volume that you need a PA system. if speakers are made for a sound system, then you will need a power amplifier PA and scheduled them to give up the stereo / receiver ...
