I want to buy a nice pair of headphones for no more than 2-300 dollars? Which is better?
More precisely, this is what I tries: a helmet that my ears are closed or just block the sound, but not the cancellation of his (I hear these type of headphones have a lower quality of sound). Also I want a pair that does not require a headphone amplifier. Something that sounds good by itself. I heard that Sennheiser very good. What are my best options?
Sennheisers are definitely a good choice. For less than $ 300, the best couple would probably be the HD 595, which are sealed full size headphones, so they block some external noise and are very efficient, so they do not need a headphone amp (although a headphone amp will always improve the sound quality). For much less, the HD 555 are also many, and seem very similar. You're definitely right on the sound cancellation headphones. Avoid them at all costs.
