Wheels are Spinergy rev x compatible with a 10 speed cassette?
Shimano or SRAM cassette
The Spinergy Rev X model was abandoned in 1999. At the time, a 10-speed cassette never existed. It is likely that you have an 8 speed hub. A hub 8 speed cassette support 10 speed. The only inconsistency between 8.9.10 is a Shimano 10-speed Shimano hub will not support 8 / 9 cassettes. You need to put a spacer 1 mm on the tape before 10 speeds, as the cassette 10 is actually accelerated narrower than the speed of 8 / 9. But to be honest, there have been many reports of catastrophic failure in the X Rev. That is why they have abandoned. Beware of cracks and grooves. If you see one of these, stop using wheels.
