How to Stop the VMware process starting with Windows?

I recently installed MS SQL Server 2005 Express Edition, then on my system starts up very slowly taking its nearly 7 minutes before seeing the desktop. Is it because the server i have downloaded VMWare with MS SQL process, many are starting with Windows as vmserverdWin32.exe, vmount2.exe, vmware-auth.exe owned VMWare, do I now uninstall VMWare Server or do I still need to run MS SQL. atleast I can stop this process starting with windows i have compaq laptop AMD Turion (tm) 64 X2 1GB of RAM if you please help thanks for your reply, the msconfig startup tab 'proceeses VMware Server is not listed, can I disable From the tab "services"
