Pinch Roller
SI joint pain, pinched nerve, and roller coasters?
I was in physical therapy for SI joint pain and a pinched nerve in his back. It still hurts most of the time (even sitting) despite therapy and medication I took (even if two things are slowly helping me to improve). My family is Six Flags on Friday and I was wondering if this would be a bad idea for me to run things. Could I do more damage to my back? Thank you in advance. I wanted to ask this before, I can climb anything in the park?
While I love rollercoasters, I must say that yes, this would be a bad idea for you to go now. Many roller coasters are pretty rough, and seems you're enough pain already. Being pushed and stiffening of the most certainly will not help your pinched nerve or joint pain. In fact, I think most roller coasters have warnings against them riding If you have a back injury. Anyway, I avoid the roller coaster this time. When you have recovered and feel safe, you might consider riding a roller coaster again. I am not even sure you will enjoy the rides at this time!
