on by many and very strong for the price, but I totally agree with the amp ..... About to spend a little more what makes her underwater loud and this amp will not do too well, look around on eBay and try to find an amp with scores between 500 and 800 Watts RMS (power max not, there is a huge difference) Max does nothing to add because the audio total RMS power of your submarine and find an amp that is on the same RMS. (Mean watts RMS continuous and is what really gives your amp to your subs when the amp is at the top, and RMS is a sub that can handle High ratings are just to make you believe that a product can bear more than it can actually.
