My iPod went though the washing machine. I know that Apple wont fix it. Its only 2 months that I can take?
I bought it Woolworths is in two months and I have the receipt cons. Can I take it back and plead ingornace, will they give me an exhange or something else?
If it something like a mobile phone, the answer is no. They are waiting for the phone number they ought to be given to you receipt and explain what went wrong and get an address to give it back for repair. If you go back and they find water damage, they will tell you and ask you to pay postage if you want it back.
