Why is it that screeners border countries stamp your passport on the pages at random?

I think if they look even when they stamp. As a country when you stamps, why cannot they remove you from the correct page? Have they done a certain way? I just traveled abroad with a brand new passport. The IO at the airport CDG I stamped on the first page available on page 8. Then they left the empty page 9 on my way She then stamped on page10. Then on page 11, 12, 13 and 14 are empty and I have another stamp on page 15 U.S. Customs and Border control when I returned to the United States from the same trip. Why do they always? Like why not strike me in the page 8, stamp me on page 9, then stamp me back to the United States on page 10? Why do they do that? When they do that I must get more pages put in my way passport more quickly than if they were to use only the page in a row. Actually no it wouldnt take longer. What is 10 seconds?

For government employees, they are typical, boorish, inconsiderate and important.
